邮件写作的4段结构
段落1：开头问候（Opening）
格式：Dear [Name/Sir or Madam],
开场句：
- "I hope this email finds you well."
- "I'm writing to inform/request/enquire about..."
- "Thank you for your email. I was interested to hear..."
段落2-3：正文内容（Body）
根据题目要求分2-3段：
- 第一部分：背景或主要信息
- 第二部分：具体细节或请求
- 第三部分：补充信息或期望回复
段落衔接句型：
- "Furthermore / In addition / Moreover, I would like to..."
- "On the other hand, it is also important that..."
- "As a result, I believe / I think / I would like..."
段落4：结尾（Closing）
常用表达：
- "I look forward to hearing from you."
- "Please let me know if you need any further information."
- "Thank you for your time and consideration."
- "I would appreciate your prompt reply."
署名："Best regards / Yours faithfully, [Your Name]"
高分词汇替换
不要用： big, good, bad, want, need, like
替换为：
- big → substantial / significant / considerable
- good → excellent / outstanding / satisfactory
- bad → disappointing / unsatisfactory / inferior
- want → would appreciate / would prefer / request
- need → require / necessitate
- like → prefer / find appealing / am interested in
常见语法错误避坑指南
❌ 错误1 - 主谓不一致
- 错：The information are important.
- 正：The information is important.
❌ 错误2 - 时态混乱
- 错：I have sent the email and receives a reply.
- 正：I have sent the email and received a reply.
❌ 错误3 - 冠词遗漏
- 错：Thank you for opportunity.
- 正：Thank you for the opportunity.
